For customers looking to improve existing homes, SWA offers home energy audits. Auditors walk through homes with customers, inspect the building envelope and systems, and perform tests and diagnostics to assess the home’s performance. Through utility programs, SWA also provides basic home energy improvement services such as air sealing, duct sealing, hot water insulation, and installation of efficient lighting.
