Training and Seminars
SWA is a national leader in training multifamily management and maintenance staff. With a commitment to training all levels of building staff, SWA instructors raise awareness of each person’s role. By introducing basic building science principles, participants learn how building systems interact and how to diagnose common problems. No-cost and low-cost solutions are emphasized so savings can begin immediately. Classes are often held both in the classroom and on-site to give participants hands-on experience.
Publications and Lectures
SWA staff have authored or contributed to many publications addressing the design and maintenance of high performance multifamily housing. Staff members are also asked to speak regularly at industry conferences and events.
