SWA CEO Marc Zuluaga discusses the links between the pragmatic application of smart building principles and compliance with New York City’s Climate Mobilization Act in an interview with Habitat Magazine.

Smart buildings matter because resident comfort, energy expenses, and carbon emissions matter, especially given the “looming requirements – and potential fines – of the city’s new Climate Mobilization Act.”
