About AHRA
The DC Sustainable Energy Utility (DCSEU), in partnership with the District Department of Energy & Environment (DOEE) and the DC Green Bank, is administering the AHRA. The program offers services, technical assistance, and funding to help building owners identify compliance pathways to achieve up to 40% energy savings.
Partnership Details
SWA participates in the AHRA as an energy auditing firm and helps affordable housing properties achieve compliance with the District’s Building Energy Performance Standards (BEPS). Our team provides no-cost energy audits, in-unit performance testing, energy efficiency analysis, and implementation oversight for nearly 2 million square feet of multifamily buildings.
