The Accelerator is a multi-year program that provides free technical consulting, workforce training, and financing assistance services for building stakeholders across the five boroughs.
SWA is helping to develop a city-wide database and lookup tool for existing buildings, including building characteristics, associated energy use, carbon use, LL97 penalties, and recommended energy conservation measures.
SWA also offers technical expertise by developing workforce trainings, white papers and primers on various topics, and programmatic guidance.
