SWA Academy is a user-paced learning platform that provides education for building design, construction, and operations professionals, as well as students.
After providing decades of classroom and in-person training, we felt it was time to address one of the industry’s greatest barriers – workforce development – by creating a more efficient and accessible option for training. SWA Academy provides a forum for these vital trainings to reach more practitioners while allowing flexibility through asynchronous learning.
